Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - At least 1 travel contract completed.

Special Requests: - Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months. - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.

Shift & Scheduling: - Wednesday-Thursday-Friday schedule. - No weekends. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
