Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab testsranging from chemistry and hematology to immunologyfollowing established protocols with care.

Examine test outcomes for correctness, resolve discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, support the training of newcomers and students, and uphold the high standards of laboratory quality.

Foster a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory requirements.

A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment. Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration within healthcare teams.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in fast-paced settings.

Strong organizational capabilities and an eye for detail, particularly for quality control and record-keeping.
