About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-year enrollment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating admissions, financial aid, registrar, and student success into a cohesive division, with a focus on driving recruitment, retention, and degree completion. This role requires the use of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and market intelligence to inform enrollment planning and ensure continuous performance improvement. The VPEM will also provide strategic leadership for the recruitment of undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional programs, with an emphasis on sustainable growth in graduate and professional enrollment. Candidates for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master’s degree and a proven track record of progressive leadership in enrollment management, admissions, or related student-facing functions, preferably in graduate or professional education. The role demands a visionary leader who can align the enrollment strategy with the institution's mission, academic priorities, and long-term financial goals. Experience in strengthening operations, systems, and workflows to enhance the student experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial aid, scholarships, and institutional discounting, and be adept at balancing access with long-term financial sustainability.
