Superintendent / Senior Superintendent — Commercial Construction
Location : Salt Lake City, Utah
Salary : $120,000–$150,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits
An established general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects. This role will focus on commercial, healthcare, life science, federal, and university/education work, with both ground-up and tenant improvement experience welcomed.

Core Duties
- Manage daily field operations for commercial construction projects across health care, life science, federal, and university/education sectors, including subcontractors and jobsite staff
- Assess project scope and site logistics while maintaining strict safety standards
- Track construction progress to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate closely with owners, tenants, and project teams to minimize disruption and keep work on schedule
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial, health care, life science, federal, or university/education projects
- Ground-up or tenant improvement experience both welcomed
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or phased projects
