Associate Medical Director, Pharmacovigilance - Safety Strategy

Tango Therapeutics, based in Boston, seeks an Associate Medical Director, Pharmacovigilance to lead medical review and oversight of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). You will ensure clinical accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.
