Qualifications:

• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques for special needs populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction based on students’ unique learning abilities
• Develop, review, and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication regarding student performance
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
