Banking Customer Experience Specialist — Inbound Calls

UMB Bank is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist in Phoenix to handle inbound calls and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. You will assist customers with banking questions, access multiple systems to retrieve account information, and look for cross-sell opportunities. Training is provided, with performance measured by call quality and cross-sell success. Typical shifts run M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT; flexibility across shifts is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr UMB Bank
