Location: Henderson, NV (travel to job sites throughout the Las Vegas Valley)

Job Summary

M&J Enterprises Construction is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on commercial and civil

construction projects. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing

high-quality work while maintaining a safe job site.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.

• Screed, float, edge, and trowel concrete.

• Install forms and assist with reinforcing steel as needed.

• Apply curing compounds and surface finishes.

• Repair and patch existing concrete.

• Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions.

• Operate hand and power tools safely.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial construction projects.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
