Warehouse Team Lead

Job TitleWhat you will do:Goods receiving- checking, counting and putting away of stockPicking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times.Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouseProactive approach to stock accuracy.Keeping paperwork up to-date and keeping records of the stock.Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods.Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods.Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes.Loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling and or forkliftAlways follow health and safety proceduresWhat we need from you:5 years' experience in an FMCG Warehouse EnvironmentMinimum leaving certificate or equivalentExperience in use of stock management systemsExperience using ExcelGood interpersonal skillsProven track record of identifying and implementing improvements in a Warehouse environmentOrganised and methodical approach to all tasksExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesWork Environment:This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
