OTR Flatbed Truck Driver, CDL-A

Job Overview HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers experienced with load securement and tarping for Flatbed positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile. Qualifications Active CDL Class A license Flatbed experience Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents Compensation And Bonuses Base pay: 70 cents per mile Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile $5,000 sign-on bonus Pay for every load, regardless of whether a tarp is needed Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home Weekly pay range: $1,505-$2,175 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Orientation, clean inspection, and referral bonuses Flexible home time 24/7 support team Ongoing training and development Equipment Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 567 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old.
