As a Health Services Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while leading a dedicated clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while working in a dynamic adult day care setting.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise two or more nurses - including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Monitor and support the overall health and medical needs of participants
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Evaluate nursing care and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Coordinate staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development
What You Bring:
- Current Massachusetts LPN licensure (required)
- 2 years of management experience (preferred, not required)
- Minimum 2 years working with adults in a healthcare setting (preferred, not required)
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- A compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
