We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Asset Management team. As a Financial Analyst, you'll manage client accounts from an operations perspective, coordinating across teams and partners to ensure smooth account events, resolving operational issues, and providing leadership on regulatory and process improvements

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with partners like custodians and brokers to establish workflows and address service requests.

• Interpret client requirements from legal and business documentation to implement operational processes.

• Oversee internal controls and accounting accuracy to maintain a compliant and efficient investment management process.

• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively while contributing to process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualities of the Ideal Financial Analyst Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Detail-oriented

• Effective under pressure in fast-paced environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in operations or financial services (preferred)

• Risk management focus (preferred)
