Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
- Coordinate and oversee nursing care and services on assigned shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
- Encourage restorative care and resident independence
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety
- Support nursing staff to maintain quality standards
- Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We're Looking For:
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Committed to maintaining a reliable work history
