We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.Key Responsibilities:Verify all loan documentation and calculations to guarantee adherence to industry standards and company policies.Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the file application and till closing.Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.Ensure you make timely and accurate responses to our loan partners and be willing to get on the phone to get issues resolved quickly.Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, mortgage type etc.)Gather all missing data from the loan officer (assets, debts etc.)Verify information and references by contacting the right sourcesCorrect mistakes and investigate inconsistenciesAct as point of contact between loan officers and underwritersConduct a final review of the file before closingUnderstanding of loan guidelines and underwriting proceduresKnowledge of laws and best practicesProficient in Encompass LOS - We are willing to train if you have used a prior LOS softwareOutstanding communication and customer service skillsWell-organized and able to handle pressureBasic Qualifications:Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSpecific Qualifications:Previous experience in mortgageExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficient in mortgage industry software and tools.
