About the Phoenix VA Radiology Service: Collaborate with a vibrant team of 24 radiologists across nine specialized areas. At the Phoenix VA Health Care System, you will work with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency radiology services to Veterans throughout central Arizona. The Radiology Service, with over 130 staff members, ranks among the largest clinical departments in the facility.

Your Responsibilities: We are looking for a Board-Certified Musculoskeletal Radiologist (ABR-certified or ABR-eligible), preferably with fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging. New fellows and those graduating in 2026 are highly encouraged to apply! This hybrid role consists of approximately 60% musculoskeletal radiology and 40% general radiology (mammography is not required).

You will conduct joint injections, arthrograms, and aspirations, contributing your clinical expertise in a patient-focused setting. As part of our educational mission, you will mentor radiology residents and medical trainees, and present at various conferences, including didactics, tumor boards, and peer learning sessions. Research opportunities are available, though participation is optional.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic institution
• Current and unrestricted medical license from any US state or territory
• US Citizenship (as per VA policy; exceptions may be considered)
• Must fulfill eligibility criteria for EDRP
