Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary). TB skin test current within last 12 months. Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required; 1 year required in GA. Must have reliable transportation.
