Senior Account Manager

PMC Commercial Interiors , a Best In Class Haworth Dealer, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to become an integral member of our Raleigh Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for PMC's largest corporate accounts, managing a high volume of client needs with responsiveness and precision.
• Navigate complex corporate structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and procurement processes across departments and locations.
• Proactively identify clients' evolving business needs and goals to recommend and position appropriate furniture and space solutions.
• Support account expansion and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Lead and deliver product demonstrations and presentations in support of account strategy and sales initiatives.
• Participate in and help drive strategic sales calls and account planning sessions.
• Provide quarterly business reviews with end user.
• Coordinate with Interior Design and project teams to ensure seamless delivery on client space planning and product selection.
• Monitor account health and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of sales and account management principles and strategies; prior B2B sales or account management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and navigate networks within complex organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or comparable) for documentation, research, and client-facing presentations.
• Confident, polished phone and in-person client presence.
• Self-motivated with strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to operate independently.
• Commercial furniture or design industry experience required.
