Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
