Sr Marketing Manager, Energy, Industry Marketing Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced marketing leader in the Energy and Utilities industry to shape how technology solves business problems for customers and partners. In this role, you will drive product strategy, go‑to‑market motions, and marketing activities that help energy customers transform their businesses through AWS cloud services. You will develop differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and thought leadership content that highlights measurable customer impact and supports AWS sales and GTM teams. Key Job Responsibilities Craft and develop compelling stories, content and tools (presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos) that showcase the energy and utilities value proposition. Engage with customers and partners to drive advocacy. Own content strategy and execution for key communication channels including website, blog, social media, on‑network promotion, and email. Plan and execute marketing initiatives at industry events to showcase energy and utilities messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions. Collaborate with AWS field support teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest industry resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content. Partner with other marketing teams (web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives. Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs. Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners. Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
