We're looking for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who are passionate about helping people recover, improve function, and achieve their movement goals through skilled, therapeutic bodywork.

This is a treatment-focused environment—not a traditional spa setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide customized, outcome-driven treatments designed to help clients:

• Reduce pain and tension
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Recover from workouts, injuries, and daily stress
• Enhance physical performance and movement quality
• Support long-term health and wellness goals

Common techniques may include:

• Deep Tissue Massage
• Therapeutic Massage
• Sports Massage
• Myofascial Release
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Assisted Stretching
• Corrective and Recovery-Based Bodywork
  

Every client is different, so you'll be encouraged to evaluate needs, adjust your approach, and create a meaningful treatment experience tailored to each individual.

Requirements

Required

• Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
• Ability to perform deep tissue and therapeutic work

Preferred (Not Required)

• Sports massage or injury-focused experience
• Familiarity with myofascial, neuromuscular, or orthopedic techniques
• Experience with cupping, scraping, or assisted stretching
• SOAP notes or treatment planning experience

Pay & Compensation

• Base Pay: $25–$35 per massage hour
• Tips: Typically $15–$25 per hour
• Total Expected Earnings: $40–$60+ per hour
