We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site Houston/Austin portfolio, holding properties to Hilltop's standards for performance, resident experience, and cultureDevelop and support onsite teams, coaching Community Directors and leasing staff to grow in their roles and deliver consistentlyDrive financial performance across the portfolio through revenue maximization, disciplined expense management, and accurate reportingImplement and continuously improve site-level operating, maintenance, and cost control procedures in line with Hilltop standardsServe as the connection between the corporate team and the field, translating strategy into consistent execution at the property levelSupport Hilltop's continued growth and acquisition activity across both marketsWhat You Bring:Proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with a demonstrated track record of strong operational and financial resultsComfort operating across multiple markets and a willingness to travel regularly between Houston and Austin as part of the regular flow of the roleStrong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue maximization, and accurate reportingA leadership approach that develops people, not just manages themExperience with property management software, preferably OneSite/RealPageStrong written and verbal communication skillsA self-starter mentality paired with a collaborative, humble approach to leadershipValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredTravel between Austin, TX and Houston, TX portfolio requiredThis position reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
