Restaurant General Manager - Lead Ops & Guest Experience

Workstream is seeking a General Manager in Ruston, LA to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in the Casual Restaurant industry and possess strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining quality, guiding team members, and managing day-to-day operations.
