In this hybrid role, you’ll provide psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and medication management via in-person and telehealth visits while helping shape Headlight’s digital care tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to refine workflows, document care in EHR systems, monitor outcomes, and contribute clinical insight that directly influences product direction in a fast-paced, customer-driven startup environment.
