• 3 days per week -- 8-hour shifts with shared on-call coverage
• Patients of all ages -- primary, chronic, acute, and urgent care needs
• Rural health center setting
• Shared on-call between 2 practitioners -- nominal monthly calls
• Emergency services experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with minimal supervision strongly preferred
• Occasional home visits as appropriately identified
• Collaboration with off-island physician and EMS services
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
