Business Hours: Typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am-6:00 pm (8‑hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am-1:00 pm (40‑hour week)

Your role as a Member Services Representative I

As a full-time Member Services Representative I at HomeTown Credit Union in Northfield, MN, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will be essential in fostering our member-centric environment, acting as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications-including Outlook, Word, and Excel-is important for daily tasks, alongside proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy in transactions.

Cash handling experience is preferred, as you will manage financial transactions with precision. Regular attendance is crucial to maintain a consistent presence for our members and contribute to a reliable banking environment.
