Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a background in social services, which continues to shape how we care for and support our customers. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. I’m a proud wife and mother of three, with a dog and three tortoises, and I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
