Maintenance Technician - Brentwood Apartment

Description / Responsibilities: Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound General knowledge and troubleshooting skills of – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pools/Fountains, Appliance Repair, & Customer Service Required to lift or handle 80-100lbs on a regular basis Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required EPA Section 608 Type l Certification Preferred Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor status of work orders, make readies, property projects, etc. Complete work orders as assigned Ensure all issues are reported and documented in Rent manager Perform and complete make readies Responsible for making sure preventative maintenance deadlines are met as outlined by Regional Maintenance Supervisor and directed by Maintenance Supervisor Conduct inventory check as required Perform transportation inspections as required Be on call as scheduled by Property Manager Be an active participant in maintenance team Group Text Complete all training as required Backup for Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Porter Required Meetings: weekly property team meeting, quarterly onsite meeting, quarterly team building meeting, semi-annual training, State of Engage annual meeting Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
