Pay: $17.00/hr (base pay- increased on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Additional Hours: Occasional Saturdays as needed

Note: Hours may vary depending on jobsite needs and project demands

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor / Restoration Technician position with a restoration company. This role involves assisting with restoration projects related to water, fire, mold, storm, and property damage. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, using hand tools and equipment, and following safety procedures on residential and commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration and cleanup projects involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, and debris
• Load, unload, and move equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, fans, dehumidifiers, and other restoration tools
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and general labor tasks as directed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, materials, and any issues on site
• Be flexible with daily duties and work hours based on project needs

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, construction, demolition, restoration, or cleanup experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials and equipment
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance are required
• Ability to follow directions and work well independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and adjusted hours depending on the jobsite
• Must maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Work Environment

• Residential and commercial restoration job sites
• Exposure to dust, debris, noise, and changing weather conditions depending on project location
• Fast-paced environment with varying daily tasks and schedules

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Additional Hours: Occasional Saturdays and schedule changes based on jobsite demands
• Location: Jobsite locations vary by project and are located throughout Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.
