Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and craft tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and functional improvements
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, transition planning, and home exercise regimens

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent accredited degree

Certifications
