HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST
FULL TIME, PART TIME OR PER DIEM POSITIONS AVAILABLE Qualifications Minimum of two to three years experience as a therapist. Medicare certified home care experience a plus but, not necessary Graduation from accredited PT program Strong customer skills with ability to case manage caseload and have excellent time management and documentation skills Proficiency in electronic documentation required Additional Information We offer competitive salary with full benefits plus 401k.
