Registered Nurse

Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance. Primary Position Responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating total patient care, documentation of care, maintaining professional development, education of patient and family, patient advocacy, and maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications include a minimum education of a Bachelors Degree in nursing or an Associates Degree with two years of experience in the specialty area. Licenses and certifications required include current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification. Preferred certifications include Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse certification or other specialty certification.
