The company values craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction in every project. Role Description The Lawn Care Spray Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Roswell, GA. This team member is responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care treatments according to established schedules and safety standards. Daily tasks include inspecting lawns and plant material for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, and recommending appropriate treatments. The technician will calibrate and operate spray equipment, maintain accurate application records, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations. The role also involves working with the maintenance team, communicating treatment plans to supervisors, and helping keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization, weed control, pest management, and disease identification. Ability to safely operate and maintain spray rigs, backpack sprayers, spreaders, and related application equipment. Understanding of chemical labels, mixing procedures, and proper application techniques, with attention to safety and environmental standards. Capability to perform outdoor physical work, including lifting, walking, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach when working with crew members and supervisors. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites as needed. State-required pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
