Agile Staffing Groups is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 60-day onsite Aircraft Parts Inventory Audit Project in Oklahoma City.

The project involves the physical identification, inventory, reconciliation, and documentation of approximately 45,000 aircraft parts in support of an FAA financial-system transition.

The Project Manager will oversee the onsite inventory operation, manage the project team, establish production targets, monitor progress and accuracy, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure the project is completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall 60-day inventory audit project from kickoff through final delivery.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 1 Inventory Team Lead and 12 Inventory Auditors .
• Establish daily production targets and monitor performance against project milestones.
• Coordinate project kickoff, site access, security requirements, training, and inventory procedures.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to establish inventory requirements and audit procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, exceptions, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure inventory discrepancies are properly documented, investigated, and resolved.
• Coordinate recounts and quality-control activities as needed.
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly project status reports.
• Identify project risks, issues, and potential schedule impacts and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate final inventory reconciliation and delivery of project results.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client leadership throughout the engagement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing physical inventory, asset inventory, warehouse, audit, or reconciliation projects .
• Proven experience managing onsite teams and daily production targets.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project-tracking skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and project reporting .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume inventory project.
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City for the full 60-day project .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, MRO, defense, military, or government environments.
• Experience supporting ERP or financial-system implementations .
• Experience with inventory reconciliation or asset-management system migrations.
• Experience managing serialized, controlled, high-value, or regulated inventory .
• Familiarity with FAA or other regulated-industry requirements is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment, managing a large inventory operation, and holding a team accountable to daily production and accuracy goals. Experience with aircraft parts, aerospace, defense, MRO, or other highly regulated inventory environments is highly desirable.
