Overview
Pay is $25 plus depending on experience

• This position supports sales operations, customer service, order processing, and warehouse coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in a warehouse or industrial environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Identify customer parts and product requirements.
• Generate and manage sales orders received via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Monitor the flow of documentation and products to ensure timely receipt and shipment.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel regarding order status and fulfillment.
• Follow up on orders and provide customers with status updates.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of order-related paperwork.
• Maintain organized order files and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with customers, vendors, freight providers, and internal departments.
• Assist with inventory-related activities, including cycle counts and inventory control.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping activities.
• Participate in warehouse inspections, investigations, and safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales support or inside sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings or prints preferred.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments preferred.
