Job Description Prominent National Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm that specializes in handling cases ranging from catastrophic injury to wrongful death is seeking an attorney with a minimum of two (2) years experience to join their team of professionals! The firm has a successful track record, earning substantial sums for their clients and managing complex, high value cases. The firm is also one of the fastest growing personal injury firms. This is a full-time on-site roll for an Associate Attorney. Bilingual is a plus! Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with representing personal injury clients, including managing cases and files, conducting research, providing legal advice, negotiating with opposing counsel, and appearing in court or at depositions on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and support staff within the firm.
