Job Description

Assistant Director, Pacu Oakland, CA Responsible for coordination of patient care in the perioperative environment. Manages staff members in the Preoperative Units and Post Anesthesia Care Units (PACU). Consults with staff, physicians and Surgical Services Director on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital and unit policies and procedures to ensure patient needs are met. Actively participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Formulates budget for the Preoperative and PACU.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS CA RN License BLS PALS
