It brings together over 1000 students and 230 faculty and staff, representing more than 30 nationalitiesJob responsibilitiesTeach humanities courses following the IB MYP framework, while creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for students.Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsJob requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in IB contextSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 34,000 to 37,000 RMB (after tax), including a housing allowance within the total package.Fully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holidayMedical insuranceFlight allowance is above 12,000 RMBFree medical checkFree tuition for dependent childrenLunch provided on working daysRMB 3,000 relocation allowance for overseas hiring
