Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support financial operations and reporting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their accounting experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment. The Accountant will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with monthly financial statements and account reconciliations Reconcile bank statements and subsidiary ledgers Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Monitor budgets and track income and expenditures Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies Assist with payroll support and employee expense tracking Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Support tax filings and other financial obligations as needed Maintain and improve accounting systems and recordkeeping Qualifications 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Basic understanding of GAAP Experience with accounting software and data entry Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Effective communication and organizational skills Why Join Us Opportunity to grow within a fast‑expanding healthcare organization Supportive team environment with hands‑on leadership Exposure to multi‑facility accounting operations Competitive pay and benefits Apply today to start building your career in healthcare accounting!
