Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to help drive efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence across our inbound logistics network. Responsibilities Drive freight strategy by managing and optimizing our carrier network Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining high service levels Identify cost-saving opportunities, including backhauls and route optimization Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues quickly Analyze data (financials, routing, performance metrics) to improve efficiency Manage TMS operations, billing, reporting, and freight audits Handle claims, OS&D, and vendor chargebacks Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners Qualifications 5–7 years of logistics/transportation experience Strong negotiation and analytical skills Experience with TMS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems Strong communication and relationship-building skills Associate degree in logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us Direct impact on cost, efficiency, and operational success Opportunity to own and shape logistics strategy Collaborative, team-focused environment Growth within a fast-moving, results-driven organization Know someone who would be a great fit?
