Job Description Job Description Position: HVAC Install Helper Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour (higher pay based on experience) Overview: We are looking for a dependable HVAC Install Helper to assist lead installers with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning system installations. This position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, willing to learn the trade, and ready to grow in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities: * Assist lead technician with installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork * Carry materials and tools to and from the job site * Help with equipment removal and installation of new systems * Assist with running line sets, electrical wiring, drain lines, and duct connections * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Load and unload company vehicles with equipment and materials * Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job Requirements: * Must have your own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drill, pliers, etc.) * Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors * Reliable transportation and punctual attendance * Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installers * HVAC experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For: * Strong work ethic * Positive attitude * Ability to work as part of a team * Someone interested in building a career in HVAC Compensation: * Starting at $15 per hour , with higher pay based on experience and skill level. * Opportunity for advancement as skills develop.
