Business Analyst / Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role will focus on requirements analysis and validation for regulatory initiatives within the Prime Brokerage domain. The ideal candidate will manage project plans and backlogs using JIRA, coordinate with development teams, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Responsibilities:Analyze and capture requirements for regulatory projectsManage the project plan, drive project completion, facilitate issues, maintain control over scope, and ensure that project artifacts are maintainedManage project backlog using JIRA sprints and epics and the company's internal project management toolsCoordinate project work prioritization with users and the development teamCoordinate project releases with Application Support and Release Management teamsPrepare materials to present to stakeholders or technology, both visually and in textual formManage project riskProactively identify and engage key project stakeholders/partners to avoid unanticipated issues and gaps during project executionProvide pro-active status reporting on key issues, including weekly and monthly reporting on project details to various stakeholdersManage the monthly resource allocation process to forecast resource needsCollaborate and communicate with other project managers and development leads to coordinate resourcesSuccessfully execute all relevant project phases to design, build, test, and implement deliverablesRequirements:Five or more years of Business Analyst experienceExperience working in Prime BrokerageAgile Business Analyst experienceScrum Master experienceProficiency with ExcelExperience with SQLPay range: $60.42 - $68.42 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
