Join Our Team as a Urology Locum Tenens Physician!


Are you an experienced Urologist looking to make a difference while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation? We re seeking a dedicated and skilled Urology specialist to provide vital clinic and OR coverage on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy medical facility during a physician s leave and gain rewarding professional experience in a collaborative environment.


What You ll Do:

• Cover clinic from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with no weekend obligations
• Perform surgeries and outpatient consultations in a dynamic setting
• Maintain high standards of patient care while adhering to facility protocols
• Offer your expertise for at least one week per month, with a preference for two weeks, starting in November or December

Required Skills:

• Active Urology medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in both outpatient and surgical Urology procedures
• Clean professional record with no history of medical license violations
• Ability to perform clinic and surgical duties efficiently and accurately

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in locum or temporary roles
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Familiarity with hospital and surgical center workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Minimum of 3 years clinical practice in Urology
• Prior licensure or work experience in New Mexico

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start as soon as November or December 2025
• Commitment to providing high-quality care with a flexible schedule
• No call responsibilities required
• Willingness to travel to site as needed
