PrideStaff is seeking an Escrow Officer for a full-service Real Estate Brokerage headquartered in Temecula, CA. This is a full-time temporary position. Our client has a great work environment and will be training on their escrow software. Please see the job requirements below to be considered.
- Starting Pay Rate: $35.00
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
** General Job Duties: **
- Assists with the real estate closing process
- Assembling and distributing closing statements
- Performing title searches and ensuring each escrow account has the funds to cover the buyer’s property taxes and homeowners insurance premiums
- Generally responsible for planning and preparing for real estate closings
- Prepare sales transaction documents and review them for errors
- Send completed loan documents to mortgage companies
- Scheduling real estate closings
- Performing title searches
- Obtaining signatures on important documents
- Procuring assumption and payoff statements
- Ensuring escrow funds have been deposited
- Preparing escrow instructions
- Verifying all purchase requirements have been met
** Requirements: **
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer
- Experience with Escrow Base is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
