Assistant HVAC Technician – Apartment Community

We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Technician to support the maintenance team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems and be eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist with HVAC repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
Help complete apartment make-readies and work orders
Assist with diagnosing and repairing AC and heating systems
Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Lead Technician as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Provide professional service to residents

Requirements:

Previous apartment maintenance or HVAC experience in apartments
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
Willingness to learn and develop HVAC skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong work ethic and good communication skills
EPA or HVAC required
