Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Materials Division in Sunol . You will support daily operations by coordinating customer orders, scheduling deliveries and serving as a key point of communication between internal and external operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in every detail. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Order Processing Process high-volume customer sales orders, accurately enter information into company software systems, verify order details, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Dispatch & Scheduling Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, answer customer questions, resolve order or delivery concerns, and provide exceptional customer support. Customer Account Administration Process new and existing customer credit applications, maintain customer account documentation, and ensure all required information is complete and properly filed. Scale House & Ticketing Process material loadout tickets through electronic dispatch systems and provide backup assistance to the Scale House during busy periods or as needed. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate electronic sales, inventory, customer, and operational records while preparing reports and verifying data accuracy. Administrative Support Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document management, correspondence, and other office tasks while managing multiple priorities. Communication Work closely with customers, sales representatives, dispatch, production, trucking companies, and accounting to ensure smooth daily operations. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, dispatch, construction materials, manufacturing, trucking, or a related industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Able to learn new program quickly. Experience using dispatch, ticketing, loadout, or other proprietary software systems is preferred, but not required. Who Are We Looking For?
