Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of SN experience and 3 years of SN performance analytics

Job duties/responsibilities:

• Customize applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• Build and manage dashboard / integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems)
• Performance Analytics based reports / dashboards setup
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation scripts
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain platform governance, security, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree with good ServiceNow technical / reporting experience
