*Overview of Job Duties...*

* Care for patients with common acute injuries and/or conditions.
* Occupational Medicine services, including workmans comp, CDL/DOT physicals, pre-employment/fitness for duty and physical exams.
* Work collaboratively with a team of advanced practitioners.
* Prescribe appropriate medications.

*Requirements...*

* Unrestricted Oregon NP or PA licensure
* Unrestricted DEA
* Experience Preferred

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 30 per week

Education:
* Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification:
