CNC OPERATOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator III to join our precision manufacturing team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of complex CNC machinery (Mills and Lathes). You will play a critical role in ensuring that production targets are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate isn’t just a "button pusher"—we are looking for a technical expert who understands G-code, tool wear, and precision measurement to produce high-tolerance parts.  

salary: $41,600 - $49,920 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

The CNC Machinist is responsible for the timely and accurate production of machined parts
per the specifications and requirements of the shop traveler. The CNC Machinist is also
responsible for error-free processing of each order, and for completing the necessary
paperwork and computer data entries associated with the CNC Production Process. The CNC
Machinist will be responsible for setting up and proving out new parts.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 4 hours at one time
