Senior Enterprise ArchitectCACI is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. Join us to make a meaningful impact on a program of national importance.Responsibilities:Lead the management and continuous improvement of enterprise-level ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog, ensuring comprehensive service offerings across the global organizationDirect infrastructure architecture development and maintenance, contributing to strategic technical roadmaps and ensuring alignment with Department of State standards and federal requirementsTranslate complex architectural directions into actionable support requirements, including comprehensive impact assessments, risk analysis, and dependency mappingLead DT/EA/CST teams in developing and documenting infrastructure standards, promoting organization-wide adoption aligned with DOS policies and federal best practicesSpearhead governance review processes, developing comprehensive communication and training materials to support standards implementation and organizational change managementDesign and propose metrics to measure adoption rates and compliance levels, supporting ongoing compliance monitoring and change management activitiesEnsure the service portfolio offers a comprehensive, clearly defined set of products and services across all task areas, meeting diverse stakeholder needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise architecture frameworks that support modernization initiatives and digital transformation effortsConduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance on major infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards and strategic objectivesFunction as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, planning and leading major architectural initiatives while mentoring junior architects and supervising technical staffQualifications:Required –Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience in related fields, such as enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT service management, systems engineering, or technology strategy; equivalencies considered.Active Top Secret ClearanceProven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Federal Enterprise Architecture)Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and IT service portfolio managementStrong knowledge of infrastructure standards development, governance processes, and compliance monitoring practicesExcellent leadership and communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical teams, and drive organizational changeDesired –Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of StateProfessional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL Expert, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure designKnowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks including NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA requirementsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
