Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage patient care within the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient assessment, interventions, and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate efficient departmental operations.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, health management, and available resources.
